Congratulations to all successful applicants who have progressed through Phase I of the Centralized Services E-Recruitment Portal (C-SERP) 2025/26 recruitment process. The journey continues as the internal security agencies prepare for the next crucial stage.

Screening Dates
The Documentation & Body Inspection phase will commence from January 12, 2026, to February 4, 2026. This phase will be conducted in a structured order based on the service applied for:
- Ghana Police Service applicants
- Ghana Prisons Service applicants
- Ghana National Fire Service applicants
- Ghana Immigration Service applicants
Please note: Currently, Police Service screening has been done, Fire Service, Prisons Service and Immigration Service screening follows.
Time And Schedule
All qualified applicants will receive SMS notifications containing their exact screening date, time, and center location. You can also log onto the C-SERP portal to confirm these details, including whether you’ve been assigned to the morning or noon group.
- Morning group applicants must report by 7:00 AM
- Noon group applicants must report by 12:00 Noon
Failure to adhere to your assigned time schedule may result in disqualification, so please plan accordingly and arrive on time.
Required Documents
Applicants must bring both original copies and photocopies of the following documents:
- Application summary report
- Biometric birth certificate
- Ghana Card
- JHS certificate
- Two (2) passport-sized photographs
- All other relevant educational certificates
Ensure all documents are properly organized before your scheduled screening date.
